After losing some weight around the mid section I discovered that many of my pants doesn't fit around the waist as snug as before. What I had for breakfast today, you ask? White bread with Nutella and peanut butter. In the long rund I'm persistent that I'll change the fat out with muscles, but this will do in the meantime.
