For realz, I found a good deal on Gitman Bros. boxer shorts, and bought 5 pairs. Also, a burgundy woven belt and a linen cap. Of course, it was the Cable Car Clothiers moving sale, so the belt and cap were pretty much just discounted down to regular retail. The boxers were a pretty good deal though.

shatnez is strictly wool and linen together. and they need to be attached in some way. for example, a cashmere SC may have a wool facing under the color, and a linen piece under that. that is a no no. or a linen lining wrapped/stitched inside a wool tie.

wool pants, with a linen shirt tucked in, or linen PS in wool jacket pocket is OK, but i dont feel comfortable doing it.

yom kippur generally falls after labor day, so i think white is out, also, no dinner on yom kippur.

the talmud does not have an opinion as far as i know on button stance smile.gif
