Of the shoes I own, C&J's 348 last is the most chiselled, followed by Tricker's 4537 last (be careful with that one, I find it has a lot of volume in the vamp area). When I hold those shoes and look at them straight from the front, I definitely see hard angles, which is not the case with the Grenson.

So if you're keen on those, just Google `Grenson Radley`, you'll find a multitude of sources as well as plenty of pictures from other angles. I've read many good reviews from other members about Pediwear (haven't tried them myself...yet). You might also enjoy this thread:

this reads like a big yoox shopping trip...true?

Some of it is from yoox, yeah.
the preview milano jacket and the j lindeberg jacket as well as the shirts are bought through Yoox.
The rest is bought in various stores in the Netherlands.
The weird thing was with the j lindeberg coat. I bought it for 250 euro and a week later the only other size left is suddenly 605 euro. A pricing mistake maybe? No idea. It's this one

True to my word, I ordered 4 shirts. First one in a nice Alumo pale lavender basketweave should be here in about 4-6 weeks time. Once the pattern's refined, I've queued up a few basics (white, pink and blue). Can't wait! This is my first foray into bespoke shirts, having intended to take the leap for ages, so I'm very excited.

^Lovin' the suit and the Jil sweater. As usual, good choices! Is the suit sort of a plum/brownish purple color, as the photo suggests? If so, I LOVE that color... I've got a pair of Ermanno Scervino pants in a similar shade that I really like...

At the tailor having alterations made:

Three fall sportcoats from Brooks Brothers in various checks
Two pairs of Luciano Barbera trousers, flat front, charcoal and honey

On the way: three pairs of shoes.

Will post pics when I get the stuff back. Every time I go back to a store to pick up altered items, I end up leaving with another suit or a couple of sportcoats.. I need help..

A couple of sweaters from Brooks Brothers & J Crew last month. Also got a pair of cuff links from Etsy. And couple of weeks ago, bought a pair of Aldo Chelsea-styled boots. While the watch aficionados here will frown, I also got a (what I thought was) decent looking Fossil watch off of eBay. And this weekend, got 3 dress shirts from Express on sale (this, this and this). Got a couple of preppy/punk-styled sweaters from there, as well.

Very cool... I'm interested in seeing what you'll wear it with. Not seeing it in person, it seems like it would go great with gray shades... and certainly you've got enough Gray Jil to make it work.

I do not intend to keep all the ties. It's just so hard to choose....

I see elephants, whales, dogs, geese, etc. Never cats. Possibly for good reason. (Awesome Battistonis)

The red tie is sexy. I'm wearing a very similiar one in blue today from Holliday and Brown.
