no sir! just a small ADP box-- or possibly a shifty attempt at covering up a size 4 Lobb shoebox (from the prestige line, tho) smile.gif

upon returning from today's lake como trip, suit bag waiting for me at the hotel from Al Bazar! silk and wool, with added hand-stitched sleeve buttonholes; i really like the lapels and shoulders (YES, I bought two of lino's lucky seven ties.....one as a gift)

can't say enough good things about that store, what a great experience. a must visit for milan.
G. Lorenzi was open this morning, too, but too tired to take and post more pix, must sleep.

no, I killed him two weeks ago, BECAUSE THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!!

but that reminds me-- thought this was hilarious and took a pic while in Como. I'd like to think it was resident George Clooney who wrote the rebuttal below original message.....biggrin.gif

The guy tells you the brand name and the fabric, and you do a "deets please"? What do you want, the designer's blood type? crazy.gif

Same here, Foxx. I didn't like the jacket in the pic alone, but it comes to life on you.

These came in the mail today. Not my first choice for a cap toe but I'm really happy with them.

That's a very nice jacket. I tried on that same jacket in size 44 a couple of weeks ago... got the single breasted jacket in (approximately?) the same fabric in size 46 for myself - fits just perfect - but kind of regret now for passing on the double breasted. It fits really good on you. Luckily the next trip to Milan is booked in July, and Al Bazar is a must-do, again. A truly great store, whatever hype surrounds it, Al Bazar delivers.

thanks, guys! yep, it was a lot of fun in the store-- again, make sure you don't buy much elsewhere before visiting this location, i thought there was a lot to consider here. I didn't care for the three button jackets, but the three DBs I tried on in the store were all ok on the hanger, but something special when putting them on.

In making this a complete trip, picked up some blue suede loafers at Tods Vittorio Emanuele II location, actually saved a little $$ on things here vs. USA prices.

Flight isn't until 10pm, maybe time for one last browse....or at least a cool magazine from Rizzoli.....
