Jester, love the shoes and belt!

Couple recent purchases.  My first Vanda ties.  Love the fabrics they use.  A couple simple, reliable shirts from Barba via STF.  Lastly is for all those gents who travel a lot.  Puku charger.  You "supposedly" can get 6-8 phone charges or 3-4 tablet charges from the device.  Should make travel a bit easier.  FYI...I have nothing to do with the company, just an old colleague of mine is a founder, so I was able to get my hands on one early.

Love those ties ans shirts!

Nice work Europrep, I just picked a Barba and Borrelli from Ian as well. The fit on the Borrelli is interesting, 15.5 fits like a slim 15 but with a big waist, larger waist than chest actually. Obviously made for gents who have had a little too much bread and pasta, easy fix for my tailor.

My next kop may be a pair of cordovan Rancourts in this style. Was going to get another pair of Marlow pennies but think these are more interesting for the time being. What do u guys think?

I have learned you should check the measurement details on every shirt. Ian puts a lot of time measuring each shirt because the same brand and size can vary

Used to have a pair similar, but calf, when I was younger.  I beat the hell out of them. Sans sox, puttering around mocs. I think they were sebago.

My question, why would anyone want to get these in cordovan? I've always thought that cordovan should be babied and not exposed to wet and the outdoors, which these seem to be meant for. This is just me and I could be wrong.

I don't plan on abusing these shoes wearing them at the beach, in the mud, fishing etc.

Cordovan is actually a very durable leather. Easy to get rid of scuffs. Doesn't crease either.

And the blemishes from the rain can be easily buffed out with reno

Barba is extremely consistent in sizing I've found. Lots of quality control

For instance all black label/gold label/dandy life shirts in 16 have a 19.25 shoulder and 22.75 chest.

Everyone should atleast try a pair. They are fantastic and especially at trunk shows Franco can adjust width length and styling.
