Saw those at the opening of the Drake's factory (that reminds me, I have to post pictures...). How do you like the tie? I was really tempted to buy one but after seeing it in person, I thought the paisley was slightly too large for my taste.

You got it at Leffot, right?

It's a little unusual, but in a good way.  The silk is fantastic.  I did pick it up at Leffot instead of ordering online from Drake's.  The only issue for me is that the suit trousers I'm wearing today have a pretty long rise, such that the paisley sits a little higher than I'd like (since the tie is tied to a shorter length) - YMMV.

For some reason, I had not subscribed to this thread.

Jester, love the shoes and belt!

Couple recent purchases.  My first Vanda ties.  Love the fabrics they use.  A couple simple, reliable shirts from Barba via STF.  Lastly is for all those gents who travel a lot.  Puku charger.  You "supposedly" can get 6-8 phone charges or 3-4 tablet charges from the device.  Should make travel a bit easier.  FYI...I have nothing to do with the company, just an old colleague of mine is a founder, so I was able to get my hands on one early.

If you're wearing it with navy pants, I'd wear light colors. Maybe like a light blue oxford shirt and red tie, pink, a contrast blue, and yellow/orange would go too depending on the hue. That color of brown is a little hard because it's not plain khaki. I can wear pretty much anything with a lighter jacket.

Wear that thing out with jeans too man!

Cool. I was thinking a checked pink shirt with a navy tie.

That'd be one hell of a show-and-tell day at school.
