Here's a Zegna shot of this sweater, over a turtleneck in the same cable design:

^Nice sweater, although sweater over turtleneck sweater seems like a bad idea.

Jimmy, Lock caps purchased yesterday? I went in late yesterday afternoon and picked up two Muirfields, following your recent suggestion in a thread. My hands were full of shopping, so didn't feel like fumbling with an umbrella in the snow, but the cap did almost as good a job.
Busy store, with several Americans buying a couple of flat caps each, as gifts. There were taken aback when I walked in covered in snow - nobody had walked in for the last 15 minutes, since it got heavy.
In this vein, Will's post today was notable (and not merely because he didn't mention the ASW shop):

I purchased it a tad bit before the snow actually, the weather was getting awful and i'd grown tired of my other one. Lock & Co in itself is a charming shop. I wonder how much disposable income I would have to have to justify one of their velvet smoking caps.

Another recent, SAB:

Indeed.

Ebay treats me well during my hunt for vintage tailored clothing. I've scored new-old-stock suits in flawless condition from the 50s and 60s, a DB tux from the 40s (with grosgrain lapels) that's essentially brand new and unworn, and now this latest Oxxford.

And then thrifting yesterday, found a pair of Florsheim Imperials for $3.45.
