Jpress apologize that we sent the imperfect tie to you. I will report the problem to Jpress merchandise team.

I'm surprised they didn't offer to send another tie. I would think that they would want to show any potential customer that it was a goof and not the type of product they usually put out. Maybe someone will contact me in the next couple of days. We'll see.
