I personally don't like outfits which are too blue. E.g. Navy suit, light blue shirt is too blue for me. So I have to wear a white shirt with navy suit and I am not a great fan of white shirts.

Also I have never been comfortable with brown shoes with navy suits. I know it can be done well, I have seems lots of people doing it and looking swell and for reason I can't pull it off.

Grey looks great in all shades but with navy a slight change of shade makes it look purplish. I will post a pic of my 3 suits and though all of them are supposed to be navy none of them are the perfect navy for me.

I have these 4 'navy' jackets. My camera has not been able to capture the variation but they are all quite different in real life.

Example 2 - One is a navy Zegna SC and the other is a dark navy Baracuta jacket. The color of the Baracuta is quite hideous IRL

He could fashion a rather handsome sporran from them.

Som'fin.... ;)

He could fashion a rather handsome sporran from them.

But I don't have a kilt!

I'd imagine this thread may have something to do with it...

My suspicions EXACTLY!

those skins that spoo got do not look big enough.

And I prefer Riccardo's sanded 'Rays.

They are not big enough for shoes, sadly. Im planning perhaps a humidor, or a small jewelry box. They had a 5' croc in matte brown that I am seriously considering too.
