Dips are one of the best ways to build up your triceps. Make sure when you're doing them that you're not leaning too far forward to put the maximum amount of stress on your tri's, otherwise you'll be hitting your chest as well.

One of my favorite exercises is the dumbell snatch. It incorporates many muscles and helps develop explosive strength, something that most people don't have...

Close grip benches best for triceps. Kickbacks are strictly a finishing move. Try them with a cable, just grabbing the end without a stirrup.
