It involves taping a weight to the head of your rod and pulling the skin on the shaft over the head and taping that to the weight as well. Over time the skin will stretch and grow into the new anteater you've been hoping for. I believe you should limit your weight sessions to an hour, three times a week.  I'm sure everyone is thinking that it's a 1 to 1 comparison to how much they bench press, but you need to stick with those gram weights they use on those chemistry scales from college. Folks, let me know if this 'growing back' thing works. If it does, I'd like to know how much weight I'd need to add say....2 inches to the old salamander.
