They don't carry Purple Label, however they do have the largest assorment of blue label in the world. Including top of the line blue label.

Anyone get the new GQ with the RL Black label spread? I really like those suits.

Is there any info online? If not, what issue of GQ is it? Jon.

It's the one with Jamie Foxx on the cover. It was in my mailbox yesterday. I rarely open them up and look through anymore actually, but I'm glad I did - I really like these suits.

Get back on topic, gents. No more sale info? How about recommended secondhand/consignment stores?

Renault, I'm detached from Manhattan right now obviously, but I think you are best to stay in Midtown. Brooks Brothers at 346 Madison had a boatload of Made in Italy Golden Fleece for $700 when I was there last month, and I bet most are still there. From there, you can head over to Paul Stuart to see if they have any suits on sale, plus the shoe sale is probably still going on (not sure of selection). Bergdorf is right around the corner from there, as is Zegna, which at least in Boston had some gorgeous shoes for 60% off (Mantellassi mades for $185 and some super high end for $400 -- Lattanzi maybe?). Suits on sale as well. I'd stay away from the southern tip -- some Isaia at Century 21 but not low enough price to make it worth the trip down there if you only have an hour. If you know Gabay's has stuff in your size, that place sounds like a gold mine. But, again, that would be your only real stop if you decided to go lower east.
