A 5% discount for orders over 80 buttons (which pretty much means the old price).

Thanks, Ernest. The buttons arrived today and are beautiful.

Been away, sorry for late replies to all the PMs. Just to answer a question on postage:
from my experiences these past two years, it takes around 10 working days to reach US (probably due to custom inspections), quicker if you are in NYC. If you need them faster, please tell me in advance so I can calculate postage using a speedier courier.

Those who had received your buttons, let me know what you think about them! There are only 4 or so people in HK who have these buttons (all SF members - you know what you are!), so other than on my own shirts, I don't see them often. New Yorkers remain the top buyers of my buttons, with occassional large purchases from LA.

Ricky hasn't gotten back to me. If he is on board, I can order huge quantity from the factory at a lower price and we will all save some money. Will ask him again.

Do you have buttons that are just as thick but wider? Thanks

Received my buttons. They are beautiful. Thick and shiny, they will make a perfect finish on a nice shirt. Thanks.

Any way you could just talk Ricky into putting the buttons I buy from you onto the shirts I buy from him? I'm not sure about the logistics but it seems a damned waste to have his people sew on buttons that my tailor is just going to replace. I'm ready for a new shirt/button order so hopefully you can work it out...thanks again for the GREAT BUTTONS!

He is interested, but hesitating due to other issues, such as his commitment with the Chinese factory, etc.. I guess I'd have to continue selling at this price on SF then. I just thought that if one shirt maker could back me up we could all drive the price down a bit more.
I tried Ascot Chang, not interested either. Their buttons have gotten better since last year, but still not as good as mine.

As I commented on the buyer and seller (or whatever its name is) threard. I received the buttons I ordered in less than a week, so two thumbs up for service.

Last Friday I placed an order for two shirts, and when the tailor saw the buttons he was very surprised. I guess the buttons were the main reason but I think that having a young guy stating so clearly how I wanted the fit and style of the shirts was a factor too (from what he told me it is not very common these days).

Still waiting for the opportunity to use these marvelous buttons on a MTM shirt in the future.

Sorry for the delay, I shall check with the post office immediately. Never happened before, especially as I don't expect the customs to retain mere shirt buttons for lengthy inspections.
