tell me if this would be overtraining - Page 12

I don't think you really need to focus on such small muscle groups unless you're really just trying to make your arms bigger for bodybuilding purposes.

Your second point makes no sense.
If you think its a pretty loaded leg workout, why ask him to do single leg presses?
Its like giving someone who is already a size 0 a clothes hanger.
Don't sabotage others' training regime just because its on the net. Be more responsible!

I never said NO factor. My point is its of very very very very little significance.
Probably 0.0000000000001% factor.

i noticed that workout B has no specific exercise for triceps.. will the bench pressing will take care of them?

Benching you will find do affect your biceps more than your triceps.
After you do your military presses, your triceps will get burnt more.

Anyway I have already advised you on the more appropriate exercises you can do (even if you wish to embark on this deletrious suicidal exercise programme of yours). Unlike others like Jay, Ronnie and Dorian, I really dont give a rats ass if you do get injured through your rampant stupidity including following the advice of the morons on this forum.

You know how odd he will look if his whole body is proportionate and his arms are not?
He will actually look like he have short arms, like a midget. I guess to you, thats OK?
Haha! This is really fantastic!

I can understand your advice if he wants to train his forearms or neck but biceps and triceps? Come on! Dont sabotage another! I thought you profess to be smart or aghast! A professional?

I'm sorry you can't understand the purposes of my post, let me clarify for you that I am giving bach a suggestion for a great leg exercise, one he can try some time or use to replace another exercise he gets bored of.

considering that muscles grow relatively slowly, i'm not going to wake up one morning and be like "omg!@!! my arms r so small and everything else r so big!!!" if my tri's aren't getting worked enough, i can exercise them more... no big deal also, i'm 6 feet 3 inches so i don't think i'll look like a midget no matter what happens.

Wait, Beasty thinks this is bad? *confused* Sounds similar to the workout my physio asked me to do.

I gotta disagree with you here. Triceps are not that small. They also really widen your arm up and make them look more balanced, not to mention increase your arm extension power. If you're training for something like martial arts, your triceps are extremely important. Heaps of bodybuilders advise beginners to work their triceps to make their arms look bigger.

yep. triceps are supposed to make up 2/3 of your arms' thickness. maybe i should add a paired bicep/tricep exercise (sort of like supersets) at the end of workout B?
