Four days per week - M/W/F/S - conjugate training with a focus on bench, squat and deads. Maximum work and dynamic work with lots of shoulder prehab, self myofascial release and assistance exercises.

There are many exercises you've never done before: Anderson Squats, Pallof Press, GH Raise and single leg work such as Pistol Squats. One of the nice things is that you can get in and out of the gym in an hour.

You can buy the book for about $13 at amazon.

Eugen Sandow, not George.

It's interesting that you bring up dysentery, barefoot women, and going to bed early. In other words, a focus on the ass, misogyny and a penchant for late night prowling. Methinks it's your subconscious bubbling to the surface again.

You're probably right. The difference between Sandow and Cutler? Creatine.

I'm not attacking you, I'm trying to help you. My guess is that I'm at least twice your age and my years of life experience are at your disposal.

Walk into the light, beasty. You'll find acceptance, support and love. Hot, sweaty monkey-love.

not to get involved in this argument, but i would much rather look like sandow than cutler anyday, but that is all subjective because everyone has different goals/opinions...

And many of us would rather look a lanky sprinter (raises hand), and plenty of people want to look like none of the above. Try explaining this to beasty, though. Seriously, try. It's fun to watch him miss the point entirely and start quoting bodybuilding guidelines and insist that the size of Jay Cutler's head is somehow ideally proportional to the size of his body.

ha, i am not even gonna get involved in that, as for me i've never understood the appeal of looking like an over-sized gorilla it just isn't natural to have your muscles almost bursting out of your skin.

His goal was never to be the biggest, but to approach and replicate the Grecian ideal of the male physique. I've always admired how densely packed, masculine and natural his body appears to be verses the mincing bloated behemoths of today's BB world.

Thats called progress.

Arnold's physique would be incomprehensible to Sandow just like Sandow's physique would be incomprehensible to a caveman.

As for the quip about over-sized gorilla, I know that is not applicable to Jay because Jay do not have over-long arms, oversized traps and slopping forehead. I have already pointed out how his body is proportionate. If the grecians knew the body can grow in such a manner, you can bet the statute of David would look like Jay,

I don't think I am the only one starting to get a little disturbed about the way your posts are veering into.
