Yea, garroxta is always a good reliable cheese. Haven't had ossau iraty in awhile now. Remember enjoying it though. Started eating Moses Sleeper some lately. It's a new cheese from jasper hill in vermont. Pretty solid imo

Cato Corner Farm's Hooligan.

I can have trouble getting my nose past the stinkiest of washed-rind cheeses and this little beast can really stink... but the paste is milky, dense and hearty. Realy nice.
