I figure by the time I finish everything we want to do we will decide to move the next day. Or I'll die the day after I finish the last major project.

We took on a few minor remodeling projects even after we put our previous house up for sale.

Done:
new cedar siding
new roof
new furnace
two new bathrooms
All new wimdows
re-finished hardwood floors
New blue stone patio
80% landscaping
Crown with race track in living and dining rooms

To Do:

finish office / study
new kitchen floor
crown in kitchen and master bath
new stove
finish sitting / sun room for my wife
landscaping is on going

this list seems to never end - it has been a 4 year evolution - nights and weekends with some professional help with electrical and plumbing - all carpentry is me with a buddy nights and weekends!
