Seriously, if she's getting a Patek from her parents and diamonds from her sister, why add to the pile? Does she really need more luxury stuff? It's just her college graduation, and, at the end of the day, you're wildly out-classed in the bling department.

Why give her something the two of your could share? A great bottle of champagne, dinner or brunch together somewhere nice (e.g., Lacroix), concert tickets and special dinner? Or how about going for a beautiful hike in the woods in the fall and enjoying a really gourmet picnic together (champagne included)?

+1 man, whatever luxury gift you could afford would be lost in diamond & Patek pile, you know? Wait til her 'family' thing is over, then take her somewhere nice to eat and say congrats, that's all you need to do. You could always get her a UPenn license plate frame for her 2008 Mercedes or BMW, just sayin ; )
