he's done. It's that simple. He's not a fighter and said it himself. He has made enough money and passed up even more. Sorry, that's just the way it goes. He had a great run.

Horrible bs stoppage. Give the man a split second chance to recover for gods sake, he obviously wasn't out cold and was working his way back to guard. Haven't the refs learned anything from Barry/Kongo?? Herb Dean robbed fedor and the fans

I didn't see the Fedor-Henderson fight live, but I've seen several replays of the finish. Fedor's body goes limp after the uppercut and he's not defending. A flash KO similar to a lot of others that have resulted in stoppages. (See any of Chuck Liddell's recent losses.) The only reason this particular one is garnering so much controversy is that the mighty Fedor is on the losing end.

I don't think Fedor is washed up. It's not like he was getting owned before the end. He definitely needs to get away from the Ivan Drago-style training and get with a real MMA camp. No way should he have let Henderson escape from the bottom with a simple wrestling move.

What else can you say about Dan Henderson? He's not the P4P best fighter in MMA, but he's no doubt the P4P toughest. He's got a chance in any fight regardless of opponent because of his right hand.

To Norcal:

Well, seeing that Fedor has a financial intrest in M-1 Global I don't think he'll leave to fight at another camp. He did some stuff with the Dutch, but he (as he says) returned home and trained like he normally does. (Big mistake) I don't think the stoppage was early, he was KO'ed, but he's made a name for himself as the guy who can take a beating and somehow make a comeback. That works against him too though, the only reason his fight with Silva wasn't stopped mid round was because it was Fedor. That second round was a 4:45 second ass kicking. Not to mention the ref was Herb Dean, I could see if it were Mazzagatti, and I've seen Dean make only one mistake since I've been watching MMA. There's a reason reason he's in there in all the important fights.

To AC:

Henderson seems to me like a one punch guy at this point (he loads up the right like a shotgun). I mean he was dominated DOMINATED by Jake Shields of all people. Strikeforce competition just isn't a good indicator of whether a fighter is good or not. I mean I see some good guys over there, lets take Gilbert Melendez. Blogs and websites have him ranked so high, but I'm sorry I don't think he could beat any of the top 5 LW in the UFC. Strikeforce competition is just not a good gadge.

he had a bad cut against shields, he would definitely beat him in a rematch

Well, Henderson considers himself a LHW and at most Shields is a Middleweight. I don't think Hendo has the same wrastlin' game he had a few years ago. I mean his last 4 wins have come from that right hand. He lost that fight to Shields and the closest judge ruled it a 48-45 fight.

I was at Fedor/Hendo live and it was crazy.... Hendo is one tough dude, fun to watch.

Anyone excited about UFC 133? Is there any chance the main event is anything other than a Rashad LNP UD?

If you were to tell me 6 months ago that Tito Ortiz would be one win away from a title shot I would have laughed in your face. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Oritz win this fight.

How is Ortiz going to win this fight? He is really being overrated as a result of his punchers' chance win over Bader. He was outstruck by Matt Hamill, of all people. I think this is an easy fight for Rashad.

There's no defense for ring rust. Rashad hasn't fought in a long time. I'm not saying its a slam dunk for Ortiz, I'm just saying that he is still very experienced and has an above average chance to win.

I saw Countdown to UFC 133 last night. Rashad has been out of the cage for awhile and with a new camp, and Tito is talking a good game. Believe me, there's nothing I'd rather see than Tito make Rashad do the stanky leg, but I just don't see it happening.

I'm looking forward to the McDonald-Pyle fight. Will be a good test for McDonald.

McDonald impresses again.

Rashad looked great. Having a chip on his shoulder and getting away from Greg "Safety First, Entertainment Later" Jackson has done wonders for his game.

I really did not need to see Dennis Hallman fighting in a Speedo. There's a video floating around of his "Janet Jackson moment" for those who didn't catch it. (I didn't watching it live last night.) For obvious reasons, I am not linking it.

Why all of the booing for Rashad?
