Buffalo is just the tip of the iceberg. There are so many other types of mozzarella out there...

I love just some bufula with sliced tomatoes with sea salt, EVOO, good balsamico and fresh basil.

Burratta ******* rocks too. With some freshly fire roasted peppers, EVOO, oregano, and olive oil. Dang.

Stop saying EVOO!!! You are not Rachael Ray and it sounds dumb coming out of her no-talent mouth, too.

But I'll sign on to Bufala being a god-given delicacy.

I just had some tonight in a salad. It was awesome. I recommend a nice balsamic vinegar with it as well.

Nah, loved the stuff for years, but I was eating some while surfing SF and felt the need to share. You're welcome.

Screw that, I was working in an Italian place where we said EVOO long before she got her happy ass on TV. Hell, we dont even get her show here.

EVOO till I die baby!

Wait, people actually say "EVOO"? Like e-v-uu?

I dont know if anyone says it like that. I worked in an Italian place where different grades of olive oil were used for different things (cooking / dressing / etc). Professional kitchen abbreviate what they can to keep things moving quickly, so rather than say "can someone grab me some extra virgin olive oil", or having to type "extra virgin olive oil on side" into the computer, its just EVOO like rhymes with TIVO.

I dont know that its necessary in everyday life, but its held over with me.
