How do you store your china?

This is more for the SF modern luminaries (Matt, Andre, etc.) - how do you store your china, etc.? I've been looking at vintage Knoll sideboards but I'm not sure how sufficient that would be. Do you just use cabinet space (which we do not have, currently)? I don't have mafoofan money so I buy one piece at a time.

I have a lawn jockey storage unit. Kitchen cabinet.

In an Ikea sideboard. Before that, we used an antique china cabinet that we received as a wedding present that I then restored. But my wife through it out. We use our china at least weekly, so we want it near the table and/or kitchen. If we were clever we would split it up between pieces that are plated in the kitchen and those that go to the table first, but we aren't that good.

ditto, except I had an antique unit that I gave to my mother when we moved to the states, and now we use an Ikea sideboard. I also like having it near the table.

We recenty bought a Ikea Torsby sideboard in glossy white, but we use it for our TV and entertainment equipment instead of china. It looks much less cheap than the wood veneer stuff they sell.

We use a Knoll 119 in the dining room area and it has plenty of room for a set for 12 plus serving pieces and silver. I like it stored out of the kitchen since our kitchen is small and we need the space there for actual cooking tools---there's less chance of a mishap too.
