Rate my fantasy football team - Page 6

I have 2 fantasy football teams. They're both pretty good. Both are 10 teams leagues.

League 1: Drafted 8th Position

QB: Kurt Warner
WR: Eddie Royal
WR: Chris Chambers
WR: Josh Reed
RB: LaDanian Tomlinson
RB: Darren McFadden
TE: Chris Cooley
K: Mason Crosby
Def: Green Bay
Bench: Randy Moss, Darren Sproles, Plaxico Burress, Thomas Jones, Dallas Clark, Bobby Engram

I really need a backup QB

Trade of the Year: I traded Terrell Owens to a guy that had Tony Romo and Jason Witten for LT AND Chris Chambers. Wow. Just wow.

League 2: Drafted 6th Position

QB: Kurt Warner
WR: Larry Fitzgerald
WR: Laverneus Coles
WR: Issac Bruce
RB: Clinton Portis
RB: Darren McFadden
TE: Bo Scafie
K: Mason Crosby
DEF: Green Bay
Bench: Brett Favre, Julius Jones, Kevin Smith, Rudi Johnson, Bobby Engram, Seattle

This team is definitely a lot weaker than my other team especially at WR and TE

Pretty Awesome Trade: I traded Michael Pittman and Andre Johnson for Clinton Portis and Bobby Engram. Egg on the other person's face.

Should I be shopping Reggie Bush? I offered someone Bush for Addai, but I doubt that will happen...

this is kinda an awkward situation than many bush owners face. i talked about this with my buddy, whos in a diff. league than me quite abit. we decided that with deuce coming back and colston recovering, he will undoubtly get 5-8 less looks per game, raping his fantasy value. with that being said, i would definately shop him now. look to dump him to a team with an underperforming reciever (eg housh, braylon, andre johnson, colston) who u expect to pick it up. i guess if u were really content with your w/r, u could shop for a better rb, but im not sure how people value bush relative an underperforming 1-3 rd back

I got Colston (traded Housh for him), so I think I would go after Andre Johnson. My receivers would be pretty strong... Moss, Johnson & Colston with Cotchery and Eddie Royal on the bench. I have Lance Moore as well, and I hope he does well this coming week and I will try to dump him off. I wish I had one more back though, but I am pretty loaded as it is...

Is it a no brainer to trade Lance Moore & Reggie Bush for Lynch?

At this point in the season I'd say 'yes.' (Assuming you're on the receiving end of Marshawn though.)

Do it and enjoy 80-100 yards/game plus a TD every couple of games. The Bills offense revolves around Lynch.

Oh, and Moore's value hits almost zero when Colston and Shockey return.

Guys, I gotta make this clear: do whatever you can to get Steve Slaton. Yahoo's hyping him already, so you might have missed your chance.

This guy is talented, though, and was a standout at WVU. He could be this year's Grant in terms of production, and he's got a cupcake schedule (only three decent defenses).

Well, we'll see if he will be down with it. Now, what to do this week. Moss, LT & Forte are locks, but who do I fill the other two positions with? I got Bush, Reggie Brown, Royal & Moore. I am leaning toward Bush & Moore, but Brown looked really strong last week...

How does your league score? PPR?

Keep away from Bush this week...Minnesota got torched by Chris Johnson last week, but Bush isn't going to get goal-line touches. He's also terrible at actually running the ball.

I think Moore's a must-start against Minn's pass D. And I just saw Reggie Brown got 10 looks last week. McNabb's going to him, so you should too.

Yeah, it is a PPR league. Yeah, Bush is more of a WR, so my thinking was that he was going to torch Minn's pass D.

Which he could, but I'm assuming Brees will go to Moore as a #1. As a WR, I'd say Bush is like a low #2.

yea snatch up lynch asap. +1 on slaton. sos alone is reason enough to pick this guy up. nowhere near out of the question that he can run for 100+, get plenty of looks near the goal line, and maybe even get 5 receptions. guys legit, kubiak loves him, also that O line looks like it is finally moving bodies. i probably wont, but im giving serious consideration to playing him over frank gore. in another, hes starting over mjd (durr). this rookie class of rb is so stacked
