If you haven't tried Macedonian Kebapi, then you haven't had the truly best kebab in the world. These are a combination of minced beef and pork rolled together (hence why they are not popular in the Muslim countries) with garlic and other spices, served with red pepper, onions, and french fries. I eat these at least once a week.

Yup, cevapi is the Serbo/Croatian name for them. In Macedonian they are called kebapi. Both words from the word "kebab".

I have had these at a local restaurant which spelled them "chevaps" -- I am sure they are Croats.
