isotretinoin and fish oils

After years of consistently disgusting skin, I finally found a few "home remedies" that helped me. First off, I'm starting to stay away from all those acne fighting chemicals like trentinoin and salicylic acid that dry out my skin and make it prone to itching and reddening. The only "chemical" product I really use is a benzoyl peroxide cream by Nature's Cure which I use in the morning. It doesn't bleach most of my clothes which is also a plus. Find a simple face wash with ingredients like lemon, aloe vera, cucumber, or something that is commonly used around the house as facial products. I've even made a facial mask with lemon, white sugar, and honey (leaving it on for 10-20 minutes) that while seeming a little strange, really helped clean out my pores. I also follow washing and shaving with some tea tree oil (very diluted, this stuff is strong.) There's lots of stuff you can do without spending lots of money (which I have done) and still get results. After the lemon/suger/honey facials that I did for about 2 or 3 weeks, I stopped breaking out and I haven't been breaking out for at least a month or two. And I am the kind of person whose acne has been something on my mind every morning for at least 3 or 4 years so hopefully, some of these things may help you. You can also google for home remedies or something of the sort to find easy to do acne tips because store-bought products as well as prescribed ones don't help everybody. However, if you haven't seen a doctor about acne, that might help as well. I've just gotten tired of having to apply so much stuff on my face, it just feels better and takes less time to just follow everything up with a simple moisturizer. And while I'm still going on about all this, I use Every Man Jack shaving cream which I would say is amazing for a $5 tube of shaving cream. You don't need any pre-shave oil or a brush to apply it, which is convenient. The scent along with the scent of the face wash (in my opinion) was enough to make me feel refreshed for the entire day. I don't know if that can help your acne but it can definitely get your mind off of it.

One of the most effective things you can do- and certainly the cheapest- is to hydrate. Drink a few glasses of water a day. I wish somebody had told me this earlier in life.

Isotretinoin, commonly known as Accutane, is the very last resort to an acne problem. However, as mentioned before, benzol peroxide (which I use) is very good for acne, and can be found OTC in the United States. A common trade name of a benzol peroxide wash is Oxy Maxium Fash Wash. Benzol peroxide works well because it fights the infection that causes the reoccuring acne.

As for your oily skin: salicylic acid, or a stringent, such as Sea Breeze, are good to dry up facial oil. But, be aware that salicylic acid can have negative results on some people. An anti-bacterial scrub, such as Dermalogica, serves good as well. If you have cystic acne talk to your dermatologist about doxycyline or minocycline--these drugs fight the bacteria that causes acne.

The denim is thicker than most but is also very durable. I don't reccomend purchasing a pair at full retail, instead surf ebay for a bit and you can find some deals.
