Losing weight - Page 2

eating foods with high fat content doesn't make you fat consuming over your maintenance calories causes you to gain weight. and 5'11 161 sounds pretty skinny to me. most men store their fat in the lower stomach and love handle area. so your probably not going to lose that until you're in teh 5-7% body fat range.

hmm. I see now that I am going to have to work on that. I could pretend to have it the yellow. Like jinda does. Would that make me less racist?

Jinda is up here on the yellow scale.

Try to be around here.

I've left America twice, and one of those times I even had to use my passport. It's practically worth an honorary doctorate in cultural psychology.

mate you're 15, go enjoy yourself.

when I was 15, all my friends were a bit chubby in the stomach region except for one of my best mates who started working out in the gym when he was 13 and he was built for our age. The girls gushed about it of course... but not worth it. He stopped doing weights 2 years ago and he's become a blob, for lack of a better word.
