Alright I'm fairly young(15) and I want to loose some weight. I weigh 161 and am 5'11 but I still have some stomach and some love handles. I just started going to the gym again doing 2x12 with all the arm leg and ab excersizes and I am forsure getting a workout. Cardio is hard as hell 15 minutes on an inclined elipticole with medium resistance. I do ride my bike 5 miles a day or more going fast so I am starting to get a cardio workout. What food could I eat without going on an extreme change. I want to kind of use the stuff I have at home but being more careful. I have most basic stuff but you can suggest other things.

Thanks

At your age your probably better off just playing some sports during the school year and summer and then working with whatever coaches you may have to put a program together. A good weight lifting and cardio program would be good for you, but your a little young for an intense cutting program to see some abs, especially when your at a healthy weight.

No offense, but you might also want to spend some time working on your spelling and grammar.

Take up running. Work your way up to 5 - 6 miles a day and the pounds will drop off.

The fat is the main cause for increasing the weight:

1)When we take too much of water some part of the fat will go
2)taking low fat items will stop increasing the fat
3) good exercises, walking will keep our body fit

I dont know that walking will cut it with a 15 yr old, who at almost 6 foot and 73 odd kilo, which, a couple of trouble spots aside, sounds pretty lean anyhow.

Build a bit of muscle and go for a run, son...youre gonna have to break a sweat somehow.

Funniest post in a while.

OP, just run. You should be able to do 5 miles in an hour or less. If you can't even run for an hour, then you don't want it bad enough. It's that simple.

No eating after 6 PM, no drinking liquid calories, stay away from frozen and fattening foods - Really, simple things. :p

wow. 6. SIX. Understand the point, but that's a little severe. I'd say 8 or 9 is more reasonable, assuming a bedtime of 11 or 12.

Well that's why so many of you Vietnamese Australians are tubby. Over here on the other side of the IDL, 6 is the cutoff if you wanna lose weight.
