Farmer's Market

Anyone have any tips for going to Farmer's Markets?

My first weekend in the city, and I've heard Chicago has some really good ones. When we spend a week in Nice my senior year, we went to one of the oldest open air markets in the world every single day. It was freakin awesome. I'm hoping this will be something like it.

Anyone in Chicago have any recommendations on which ones are best?

Victoria Beckham uses her birkin to put produce in when she goes to the farmers market. Think about it Kyle.

I'd have to save money for a month just to afford the cheapest item Hermes sells, let alone a full bag.

But I will think on it, my friend.

Where in Chicago are you? Hyde Park has a good one. There's also a really good one where I used to live in West Lakeview, but I forget the exact location.

I'm in Wrigleyville. I went to Evanston last Saturday. Didn't go 2 days ago b/c I was back in Indiana, but I think this Saturday I'm gonna try to hit the Green City market. I hear they're huge. I guess their prices are a bit inflated, but it's more about the experience. I like the whole Farmer's Market concept, being out and about on a nice day, surrounded by people, all looking for fresh, whole foods.

There's one tuesday mornings on Adams and something (dearborn I think).

Sometimes I stop by on the walk from the L/bus to work if that day's choice of transit method drops me off on adams
