I too have a slim wallet with no space for coins. I also don't like coins jiggling around in my pocket.

Solution? When you get change from a store, wrap the coins in the receipt you just got (if you don't need it) or a napkin, then put it in your pocket. Presto! No noise, no scraping of phones, etc.

I dont do coins.

I use my CC and if I somehow end up paying with cash and get coins in return I leave them, they annoy me.

EDIT: Oh yeah, I use a slim black leather case by hugo boss for my CC and other cards. As I said, I dont do coins.

I carry a small leather coin purse for change. As soon as I get back to my car, I transfer the coins into plastic tubes . The tubes are old pill containers from the drugstore. This way the coins are always available for tolls, meters, etc.

+1 on the bulky....even impractical depending on your tastes

no one can possibly be carrying around that many coins that they would need a second wallet/holder.....just keep em in your pocket and transfer to your coin holder later?

I drop off my coins in a little container either at home or at work. The work stash comes in really handy for grabbing a few coins for coffee and the like... I try never to carry any coins around

I find that when I carry a few coins it often saves me from receiving many coins as change.

When studying abroad I got used to carrying a little coin purse since they had coins worth more than $5. We all had them there. I think the best size can fit a few cards, a few bills, a few coins, and a few keys.

No. Collect them and send them to me.

I would suggest going to your local tailor and having them attach a small coin pocket into the waist band of your pants with a zip. Very easy and doesnt bulge out.

Hope this was of some help.

Coins in wallets are a big no no! Far too bulky.

Thin your wallet down to the minimum requirements (remeber, it is NOT a filing cabinet) and put that in either back pocket.

Coins strangely are best in the coin pocket to one of the trouser side pockets or I actually find in the other back pocket alongside a handkerchief. They don't move about nor do they bulge.

There is nothing better than when you've blown all your cash at the bar and then you find enough coins in your pants pocket to buy a late night kebab.

This was exactly what I was wondering also. Are coin purses only reserved for Grandpa? I suppose to avoid all of this you could just suck it up and always get change and empty out your pockets when you get back to the office / home.

There is one thing that I hate the most is if you buy something that it's $3.05 you get a ton of change back!!!

Would you really be made fun of if you had a $100 Coach coin case? meh, do what you want and nevermind what other people think.

My big problem is that I get in my car and all the change falls out of my pockets and under the seat.

Does that conversation usually start with, "How old are you again?"
