Does "classic fit" on those kmw 1950's mean they are anti-fit??

Not really. KMWs have a fairly high back rise, but even without sizing down they aren't nearly as anti-fit as any of the japanese repros I've tried on.

If you look at the pictures on the blog, they're a pretty good representation of how the 1950s fit.

Picked up my first pair of APCs from Farinelli's APC Rescue, size 35. I normally wear somewhere between a 36 and 38. Pics taken on day 3 of wearing them. Thanks Mauro!

Just got my NS from Mauro - thanks man!!! I sized down 2 to 30 and I may have been able to get away with 29, except I'd probably have to wear an athletic supporter at first for damage control. These fit like I wish my SFx5EPs did.

First day of wear and I can see the whiskers will come in nicely:

Mauro is the MAN!

I agree with Ott, they are not. I have the KMW 1950 size 30 (true size 32), purchased from Denimbar when Mauro was there. They fit very well. The only thing that bugs me about them is the selvege coin pocket but it's a very small complaint.

PS Mauro you gotta smile more in those blog pics ...

i like the fit, are planning on keeping the cuff or having them hemmed?
I wouldn't hem them for a few weeks as they may hang lower. The first 2 days my waist stretched about 2 inches.

Warlock - Did you get size 32 5EPxSF? I also wear 30 in APC NS and 32 in 5EPxSF. The APCs were a very similar fit to yours before they stretched while the 5EPxSF still look similar to how the APCs fit when I first got them.

i checked out some of the denim at barney's this weekend and the back pockets seemed too big for my taste, but the denim itself is lovely.
