Navy and grey. Cordovan - the color - is pretty formal, so the colors you're looking for are the colors you'd associate with business dress. Navy means indigo blue also, so dark denim will work too.

You're being contradictory there, as jeans aren't business dress. Anyway, another style that works is corduroys, perhaps in chocolate brown.

The color burgundy is one of the most versatile (maybe even most versatile) colors for shoes, but those pictured shoes are balmorals, and should be worn with more formal outfits. I'd stick to bluchers for cords.
