Yes, Orsini likes it not.

Hi,

New to the forum here... I work in an environment that's very old-fashioned with everyone pretty much looking the same. Some of my fashion pet peeves include:

- Square shoes
- Poor quality leather shoes with thick soles
- Short sleeved shirts at work with a tie!
- Spectacles that don't match face types
- Pleated trousers on skinny guys
- Cheap looking watches on well dressed men
- Poor quality belts
- Rings with diamonds on men

That's about it

Always have. I was aiming for fashion faux-pas with the name, and given the bad taste everyone gets when they see the pink crocs, I'd say mission accomplished.

More fuel for the fashion hate fire:

-White sunglasses on guys
-New Era hats. Any 'ghetto' clothing or accoutrements, really. But the damn hats top my list.
-The entire emo subculture.
-Big and tall stores. They cater to the big, and tend to forget us poor tall folk.
-And, yes, Crocs.
-Worse yet, 'dress Crocs'. I shit you not, people are under the impression that it's appropriate footwear for a birthday at a nice restaurant. I just thank god he was on the side of the family that doesn't actually share my genes.

tucked in shirt with jeans
baggy sleeves on a dress shirt

Baggy knit polos. Seriously, the tucked in polo and jeans look is so tired : ( I may take heat for that, but I'm tired of seeing it, even if it can be done well. I think much better is the look of say, a sunspel polo, or the polo that is designed to be untucked. Otherwise, blech.

I'm not sure what you class as dress shoes, but I think most members of this forum have worn what someone might call a "dress" shoe with a pair of jeans. What do you wear with jeans? Nothing but sneakers?

I don't want to see a person wearing jeans and somewhat elongated shoes like the ones used in tap dancing or something

There are lots of fans of them here, but I really dislike contrasting cuff and collar shirts. They remind me of Lumberg. Only a couple times in my life have I seen them look passable.

1. "Slobwear" -- sweatpants, sweatshirts, etc. worn in public out of pure laziness
2. Sports team apparel -- If you don't play for or otherwise work for the team who's logo you're wearing, you're a jackass. The worst are the copies of actual players' jerseys.
