They're in the middle of a sale. They're going to be a tad busy. And what did you email them exactly? "Hi, uh, are you having a sale?"

How dare they not respond to such a valid question...

i dont know , I ordered something last fri. I live in az and they are in CA. First I got an email saying my billing address did not match even thought the charge has gone through and is on my card. I email them twice and called them twice and left messages as no one ever picks up the phone. When I go to order status it says "shipped" thats is, no tracking info or anything. I have not received anything as of today Fri. Maybe a scam? Whatever the case this servce is some of the worst I have seen. Be warned.

I just got The R&B black ( 79.80 on sale ) trousers in 31, no tracking info actually but probably you can call them for that. They ship with UPS.
