My order status was "shipped" for about a week. I received my tracking number today, so they just sent it out.

The Fri-Mon in-store sale ends today. I just picked up a RL Black Label cotton khaki suit at 70% off, and passed on the last Band of Outsiders black track jacket I had been eyeing. It was a medium and just a little too small. The large, that I had hoped would stick around for the discount, got sold last week.

ok how the heck am i suppose to get into contact with these guys? im seriously getting really frustrated... i have a debit card, can i get a chargeback through that? (visa, chase)

if you purchased through the credit on that (visa) then you can. i dont know about the debit portion.
just give them a few more days see what happens.

I have emailed them twice a day for the past week and half and still no answer, I jsut want to know what part of my order has shipped? what part will ship in the future? and what is not going to be shipped (out of stock)? this has got to be the worst online store ever...... i dont even want the crap any more just want my money back!

I'm also having trouble getting my order shipped. I've had a tracking number since the 3rd but no status change since then. I've received one email response which basically told me again what my tracking number was. They also mentioned that my package would go out by today but it doesn't look like it will happen. When I ordered at 70%, I had my package within a week. I'm not sure why their service has hit a wall this time around.

That seems to be the only way I get a response.... service@bluebeeonline.com susie@bluebee.com customercare@bluebee.com info@bluebee.com The owners names are John Doucette and Marty Bebout so going by Susie's email I'd guess you should include john@bluebee.com marty@bluebee.com When you email them make sure to tell them you are contacting Consumerist.com if you don't hear back.

ordered two weeks ago and still havent received my tracking number... lost in space probs?

So i have no emailed seven times to all the different email addresses listed above, not one response. In the most recent one I emailed both of the supposed owners and have still yet to hear anything. It has been well over two weeks since I placed my order, my card has been charged and I have yet to hear anything from anyone or recieve any package. I need to file a complaint somewhere!

It just takes forever. I placed 6 different orders. It takes about 2 weeks. Slow, but free shipping.

If I were you I would send one final email saying that if you don't get a response letting you know the status of the order, you will call your credit card company and file a fraud claim, along with contacting the BBB. That should get their attention.

Ordered two items on 9/3. Received one of them today, other was marked backordered and not charged. There is another phone number on the receipt to call for return authorizations - those who try to get in touch with bluebee might want to try that # and see if they have better luck than the 866 #: it's 805-899-4124
