I agree with everyone here in saying that you just need to wait it out. Rest, eat healthy whole foods, take fish oil and and supplement it with a good multivitamin. Eventually, your body will catch up in recovery times and become used to the intensity of your workouts. I've tried taking glutamine after every workout and it's been pretty useless.

I hear that Glutamine is good for rapid recovery. May be wrong though.

i think the problem here is that people are confusing recovery with being sore. you wont be sore after a week or so (at least not very sore). i dont really know what everyones goals are but i doubt many of you would benefit greatly from anything other than just pure whey. to alleviate soreness, stretch, sauna, antiinflamatories, hotub or a foamroller.

All of those do nothing. DOMS needs to just run its course.
