Dropping a jean size ... how quickly?

Hi guys, how quickly can you drop a jean size or two realistically and without doing anything crazy?

I want to order a pair of APC New Standards but also want to lose a little bit of weight.

I'm afraid that if I get the New Standards now and start wearing them they will have stretched too much as I lose some weight.

Whats your advice?

TIA

Its just that i want the jeans beofre I go back to school. Also want to break them in a bit.

Need to have them sorta ready by late Sept.

Hence my dilemma.

I'm not carry much weight , but could lose a few lbs

Just wondering how long this will take me REALISTICALLY

chomp a few exlaxes each morning and drink 1 gallon of coffee. eat apples and kale for dinner. run everywhere, even if you just have to pee or get some socks leave your phone at the other side of the room and run over when it rings when the jeans are delivered, pretend you aren't home so you have to run after the delivery truck when it drives off don't eat any bananas

If you need the jeans for motivation, get them now. Don't wear them until you reach goal-weight, though. Aim for a loss of 1-2 lbs per week.

lol Grundletaint. And why can't I eat bananas? Seriously.

I'm just wondering how pounds equate to weight size and how quickly you would drop a size etc.?

Say I was a size 33 now .... what size could I be on September 1st.....about 2 weeks from now?

I went from a 42 to a 34 in under a year. Go ahead and buy the ones that are down a size, so that you have a goal.

It depends on a lot of information we don't have (height, build, fitness level, exercise regimen, diet). Two weeks you would probably not be able to drop a size. Just not enough time.

Maybe a month to safely lose the fat. However - to beat a tiring horse - if like most people you have extra water weight, you might be able to safely drop a size faster through reduced (but not eliminated) salt intake, less consumption of bloating carbs, maybe natural diuretics and more frequent bowel movements (try magnesium), etc. Then you could lessen those tactics and mostly follow a regular diet/exercise routine.

yeah i have a friend cody who has a theory, you shoudl buy your jeans uncomfortably tight, and then your body will soon adjust to fit,... or they will rip... its not a perfect theory.

Thanks for the help guys.

I'm all for buying them small and letting them stretch to my size. Problem is, in 3 months when ive lost the weight they will have strecthed to my old flabby weight and be too big!

I reckon I'm gonna pull the trigger anyway, no point going around overweight AND in bad jeans for the next few months
