Nope. My beard is already starting to turn white, and my hair is probably not far behind. I'm 35 but am in no way inclined to hide it. Besides, I just attribute it to my students. Who knew people in their early twenties were so ridiculously stupid?

That's funny, I would have figured you for an "Old Lady Blue-Pearl #3" kind of guy.

^ I did.

I've only dyed my hair twice. My junior and senior year of high school the varsity team decided to all bleach our hair before sectionals for basketball. Stupid, but the local news media picked it up and had a lot of fun with it. It was good stuff.

At least it was bleached. The University of Minnesota Golden Gophers men's hockey team routinely dyes their hair this horrible, putrid gold color during the post season. Honestly, when they take their helmets off they look like a bunch of hungover clowns.

Back in the day, my hair was a few different colors, including navy blue and a spectacular, wholly unnatural copper, like a new penny. Never tried for anything meant to look natural.

But no, when my hair turns gray, I won't be dying it.

I'm about 30-40% grey on top. I tried dying my "temples" in the early stages and it looked pretty fake. Plus, every single one of the 85 women I worked with knew right away that I dyed my hair. I didn't try to hide it. But once it grew out, for several years they would ask, you dye your hair, right??

I just don't think its worth the hassle. Plus, if you stay in shape, dress current and are active, gray hair doesn't mean a thing.

If I had my druthers, my hair would go gray first at the temples, like Mr. Fantastic.

I died my hair blonde for about 8 months when I was in undegrad. Got told I looked like Eminem. I have the pic on my old driver's license. The funny thing is that I actually used to be blonde up till about 10 or so and then my hair darkened to the kind of sandy brown it is now. Both my parents are dark-haired with sort of dark features. People think my sister is Hispanic or sometimes E. Indian. I could just imagine my father asking my mother "So...what have you been doing?" when she had a kid with white-blonde hair. Good thing it was a throwback from his grandmother.

I once let a stylist talk me into getting highlights. It looked so absurd, I went to another stylist the next day and had her dye everything back to my normal color. Never again.

I've got a few grey hairs, but I don't mind. I'd rather have them turn grey than to completely leave me.

my hair is jet black , not one single grey hair, but i would dye my hair some highlights red or something.
