I'm sure most guys here are familiar with Will's blog "A Suitable Wardrobe," but it took me a while to catch on as a reader. Now I look at it every day. I don't always agree with the posts

but it's a fun, quick read, and it seemed like it was worthy of its own thread.

While one may not agree with every word of it, well-written, pleasant, informative, not above self-deprecation, and with interesting images, his blog places Will foremost among gentlemen of the Internet.

one of my regulars, along with the Sartorialist and English Cut.

Any other daily or weekly blogs or readings SF'ers subscribe to?

The more I read the more I'm pleased with the great advice on the site, but one thing I'm finding odd is the whole talk of "city" or "town" wear. Tradition can be great, but do we need to be locked into a 1940s script? And does anyone else find some of his pronouncements a little fusty?

chorse123, I'm curious what you tend to disagree with.

Will's little blog is great. I check it, as well as Ask Andy and the Sartorialist, but here is where I hang out the most for clothing and style related stuff.

Will's blog is excellent and certainly deserves its own thread.

Next time I come across something, I'll post it here. It's not that common, and probably has more to do with differences in age, coast, and work wardrobe.

Nice blog. I especially enjoy his discussion on ways to vary a wardrobe according to season and setting.

Yes, and this is one of the reasons I read it.

Separately, I think it's the only blog outthere dedicated to clothing (and lifestyle, I suppose) that doesn't at all take into account the opposite sex.

+1. Not that I follow it, but at times it's like reading what I imagine would be the AA editor's introductory note if it were still being published. I like it.
