I've decided to rig up an DIY infra-red sauna using Infra Red Heat Bulbs in a disused bedroom (this is a steamless sauna that get up to 120-140F). However, the bedroom contains a Stereo. Obviously, I won't be using the stereo while I'm having the sauna, but will merely heating the room up to 120-140F for 30 mins. Will this damage my stereo?

I'm using an infra-red sauna which doesn't have steam (and is 120-140F as opposed to 160-180F).

I doubt it. Just make sure it isn't plugged in or operating. I leave my iPod in my car in the summer. It is 110 degrees outside, so that makes it probably 140 inside the car. The iPod works fine once it cools down.
