As some of you already know, I just got back from vegas and stayed at the Wynn for 3 free nights and buffet! (yeah!)

I dont go to vegas that often, the last time i went there was for a short stay back in 2006 with the family, so i dont have alot of buffet experience,

but I got to say that the Wynn buffet is to die for.

especially their dinner menu buffet. wow. top quality restaurant quality meats, fish, and pasta. sushis are average, but the prime rib, pork tenderloins, fish, ready made pastas, salads were just decadent.

i thoroughly enjoyed it. i did hear that the Rio has the best buffet, but i cannot imagine how anything can be better than this. I had the Aladdin buffet last time i went, and it was very good , very good selection /variety , but the quality was sort of buffetish. if you know what i mean.

What is your pick or recommendation?

Haven't been to the Wynn, but the buffet at the Bellagio is amazing.

I heard the Rio has a great buffet, I heard the seafood there was great too, I'm a home cooker though so I have yet to check it out though.

I don't do the buffet thing any more... But when I used to, Wynn was the best...

Bellagio is WAY overrated IMHO... If you are going to drop that much coin, go to the Wynn... Wynn has a pasta station, noodle station, and they had wedding cake for dessert...

Rio's is good and a good value but the food is definitely buffet-ish...

Well, you can ask the manager for something else, but no guarantee as to what he will bring. Whatever it is, you are obligated to eat it.

I've been to Bellagio, Rio, Planet Hollywood, and the Wynn all in the last few years (trying not to waste meals at buffets in Vegas anymore)...

Bellagio used to be awesome, but there's been a noticeable decline in the last 2-3 years.

Rio's seafood is over-rated IMO. Only a couple items there that other buffets don't have and it wasn't even that great.

If I had to pick one today, I'd say the Wynn. Reminds me of Bellagio's former glory.

The Wynn; it's worth the money. Just make sure you set apart 2-3 hours and pace yourself; you'll walk out the winner
