Memphis BBQ Recommendations

I have a business trip to Memphis coming up. I've had to go several times over the past two years, and I've made it a point to hit as many BBQ joints as I can, although many of the trips I've only had enough time to hit one or two places. I am at an impasse and I ask you, the BBQ aficianados of SF for some advice.

This is where I've been so far:
Rendezvous - felt like I had to go here, since it seems to be the standard bearer. Overall, a fun place to eat, but I was not super impressed with the ribs. I'd go back though.
BBQ Shop - perhaps the best BBQ I've eaten in Memphis. Super delicious.
The Commissary - a very close second to BBQ Shop. The only problem is that it's all the way out in Germantown.
Blues City - had to go here once as a matter of convenience, and was not that psyched with the results.
Corky's - better than I expected given that it's essentially a chain, but not quite up to the standards

The only other place on my list of must-eats is the Cozy Shack. What else is there? Help me Styleforum...

Holla.

I was just in Memphis last week. I'm going to say this now and stand firm in it, Central BBQ is where it's at. They also have bottles of Fat Tire. Mmm.

Central BBQ is extremely good and, for some reason, I love their wings more than anything else there. I would get those as an appetizer. Also, a jumbo Corky's bbq sandwich bought from the drive through will always be one of my favorite lunches while working a double shift.

Agree w/ the Corky's pulled pork. I'm pretty sure their dry rub ribs are some of the best ribs in the universe.

Interstate BBQ, never been to the restaurant in Memphis, but they have a concession at Memphis Int'l Airport. When I had business out west, I made a point of making flight connections there to pick up an order to go.....was always the envy of the other passengers. Always made a mess.
