Stairs

Anybody do the stairs for a work out consistently? I hang in Santa Monica and there is quite a scene there for the stairs at SM Cyn. Pro trainers, celebs, fire fighters you name it. They are actually the hardest work out I know of though. Better pace yourself or get blown out fast. Went on a killer bike ride recently much more endurance and strength, I feel the difference..addicted 2 the stairs Hope not to have a heart attack doing them.

they are good. we used to do them for basketball during training camp. though i was always worried, because when you start to get tired it seemed really easy to slip up and bust your face.

I haven't done stairs in 6 years. I don't miss them. I prefer running.

I like doing bleachers myself.

They are great in the sense that they are hell. Yes, I have fallen a couple of times over the years, but fortunately it was my shins that got dinged, not my head.
