the brothers at Zee's are lovely guys. I will arrange to post photos, but have 4 pairs of suede shoes made, one burgundy leather and a pair of velvet slippers.. I like ‘em lots. wife has 2 pairs of velvet slippers.. Also thanks to this forum and a luk-cha post some time ago (I really do owe you a beer chap!)

Ive found their leathers to be rather flat and boring, Im hoping the new leather is better. Of course Suede is an option, but I'm now looking for summer footwear. Seems here in HK winter has already ended (22-24C today)

pricing for standard calf $1500. commissioned a pair last week.

Pictures later ^^.

alligator apparently costs $6000.

I cant afford koo hee... and its my first bespoke shoe so i'll start slow and low cost,

Man, 300 AUD is a steal for these.

You can't even get good Blake stitch up here in Brisbane. I think ill be getting atleast a high vamp penny loafer and a suede medallion when I go to HK at end of the year.

Jantzen, Chan, Zee. Sounds like HK is looking like the pro place to vacation in AUS.

standard croc wallet starts at $500. asked a few weeks ago.

Apparently theres difference between belly/tail/back croc skin- so judge for yourself.

He only has black and light colors like tan. I wanted a dark brown one...but was not there- needed to be custom ordered. so no purchase.

You guys should also check out "A Beauty Shoes Company", I made a pair of full-brogue buffolo leather shoes there for HK$ 2000. It's quite close to Zee's in the Mirador Arcade.

\t48 Mirador Arcade, G/F, 54-64 Nathan Road, Kln., Hong Kong

It's a member of the HK tourism board so more trustworthy, I'll see if I can post a picture of my shoes tonight.
