Doubt that they really count as spectators, but they do have at least two different colors.

 

Pictures are from the website, and they are MTO so it appears it will be another 12 to 15 weeks.

I have a pair of spectator wingtips that I wore around last spring/summer but I'm going to make an effort to get these out on the street this year:

Yes, the Hutton on RL's 89 last. I think its basically a two-tone Cardiff with medallion (which RL has been removing lately from its EG models) - in white sueede and edwardian antique. On the few occassions I've had to wear spectators in the last few years, I've gone with the wingtips (which also fit better because I sized down to a 9.5 due to the 89s roomy toe box), but these WILL be worn this year!

Malford - I think it just came down to the fact that I had more outfits that I thought worked with the dark oak. Now I have a beige linen Holland & Holland jacket that i think will work well with cream linen slacks and the captoes this summer.

 

They have different colours AND different textures; that's definitely a spectator!  Very original too - nice work. :)

I've been looking at this one for awhile.

 

I could have gone with the all Red Cognac Calf, but I think the Bordeaux ScotGrain kind of gives it that little something special.

Honestly my first thought from the pictures was...hmm...not sure.  But I am imagining these attached to feet in real life, and I suspect they might just be outstanding!  Well done, really!

By the way the picture is the K Last and I am actually getting them on the F Last.

 

I thought the F Last might work better for me.

 

Anyway, I'll know for sure if they work when I get them in about 3 months.
