I agree, to develop "6 pack abs" you must lower your body fat. No matter how many ab workouts you do without a low bodyfat they will not show. At 6% they would definately show. I walk around at 5% (measured at 7 points with calipers) and I would say my abs show pretty good. If someone needs to see what 5-6% looks like, I can post a pic. Any thing above 8%, not much is going to show.
