After having a beard, mohawk, chops, etc I figured it was time:

Did this about a week or so ago:





It's amazing how much older people think you are when you have a beard coupled with a pretty bad receding hair line.

Minoxidil applied to the face actually works, but it seems to cause an allergic reaction in about half the people who try it. It dries out your face, makes you look greasy, and can cause swelling and heart problems, but it will "activate" facial hair follicles.

Shave with a blade. Regularly. And against the grain.

I'm 26, and I still can't grow a full beard despite growing thick chest hair when I was about 17. It makes no sense.
