I was hassling for two years with losing my hair until I decided I had enough of being a marketer's guinea pig.
If you're losing your hair due to male pattern baldness, it's a battle you will not win. You can fight it to a stalemate, but whether you feel it's worth the effort and possible consequences is up to you. I didn't.
My suggestion is try shaving your head one time. If you don't die of embarrassment and humiliation within the first few days, you'll get used to it and it'll become a look for you. If you really don't like it, you can go back to all the treatments, etc., but just try it one time.
If you lose all your confidence b/c you don't have hair anymore, then you never had any confidence to begin with.
