^Good choice. I've had mine for a month now and I've probably worn them 25 times... Really want blue bluchers now.

does anyone sell burgundy quoddys in the states?
post #96 of 2062
I told SW to order more, I think those were custom too.

The color is so dope in person.
post #97 of 2062
whats the difference between boat sole and camp sole other than color?

why is it that most people on here prefer camp sole?
post #98 of 2062
and are people buying boat shoes or bluchers more on here? why?
post #99 of 2062
Boat shoe soles have small slits in them to allow water to pass through them. The camp soles do not.

These came today (worthy of the hype) and I'm glad I went with the 9E.

Looking at O'Connell's site, I have to ask... is it some sort of faux pas to wear camp sole shoes during the spring or summer?

Anyone know of an alternative to the black pebbled slip-on that's on SW? They don't have my size anymore. ;_;

The camp soles description on O'Connell's site leads one to believe they are only appropriate during the Fall and Winter.

They are probably trying to position them as the F/W version of the boat shoe. They really aren't even wintery.
