Your ankles, well......perhaps a more flattering camera angle? You know the camera adds 10 pounds and when it applies it ALL to your ankles it's just not a good thing!
G dot that is fabulous. Justin very well done too! Stiches, yes just different socks with that combo and it's perfect!
Allen Edmonds Randolph chili grain, another brand new $99 find on Black Friday:

Thanks Clark. I must say those loafers are quite a lot of shoe for $99 bucks. I think Chili is my favorite AE color.
And your combo works too! Edited by Gdot - 12/14/12 at 11:57am

Thank you G. Yeah the color is quite nice. And navy odd trousers are harder to pair with so I haven't pulled them out too often but they are fantastic (Howard Yount).
A question: do you guys just wear a dark brown belt with a chili kind of color shoes? Or is it better to match more closely?

Thanks juicy!
I genreally keep belts in four colors:
Tan, Brown, Burgundy, Black.
And in two textures: smooth calf and either textured or suede. So that's 8 belts in total. I would consider this the 'basic' selection every man should have.
For your shoes in AE chili you can 'get away' with plain old brown belt but would do better with something lighter IMO.
I wear a brown belt with my green shoes, and black belt with my navy shoes. Although I would like to have a green belt. For some reason the black belt with Navy shoes doesn't bother me. Go figure?

Thanks that's what I thought, going to look to pick up a tan color belt then from Brooks Brothers soon. I have the other three colors covered. Though haven't started any suede collection yet!
