Thank you sir. If only we had the same sized feet. We could do a rotation and I could wear those schmoking boots of yours.

Green shoes, great looking combo, like it! Do you have one of the complete outfit?

Unfortunately, around here, there are some kind of guys that are called "Mirrreyes". Basically the point of them is to show that they have a "lot of money" (cuase some of them don't have it) so they buy Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada and all those expensive brands, just because of the brand not the quality of their products. I'm not diminishing the quality of those brands but I rather buy some G&G's than some Louis Vuitton shoes of the same price (at least here in Mexico). So, as far as I like your combo, if I use it around here, somebody will take a picture of me and I'm sure I'll be featured in the site when, well I'll define it like this, "I understand style, not just good marketing." frown.gif

One example of a Mirrrey:

Juicy,

Sorry - don't think I could be accused of being a mirrey. For one thing I'm way too old (50 something). Although my hair pretty much matches the kid in the picture (with a lot more gray of course). shog[1].gif

As for today's ensemble I'm just wearing a simple olive green sweater on top.

In general I'm not impressed with name brands - although I am impressed with quality and aesthetics and do rely on makers who I can count on for quality rather than just for snob appeal. As a matter of fact I AVOID the big name brands. I don't own anything Gucci, Prada, Vuitton, etc. etc. as their products are simply over hyped and over priced for the quality. I will admit to a fondness for some Ferragamo. As my first pair of italian shoes was a pair of gamos I bought while still in high school (1975). And I do own one pair of Bally.

I work in the design industry so I can, and do, dress outside of the strictly 'conservative box'.

Hahaha just to be clear, I didn't think that you could be a "Mirrrey" or intended to call you a "Mirrrey" haha cause you have sense of style and not dress ridiculously. These guys (Mirrreyes) they are the most ridiculous thing you could ever see. I own a pair of Ferragamo's and a pair of Prada's, but I bought them with 50% discount so I think it was a good deal. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif
