Actually these are the other way around - a regular 10F. If you're not familiar with UK sizes, F is normally medium, G wide. A few fancier makers including EG and CJ use "E" for medium, so F would be wide and G extra wide. These old derbies are Loakes, so F is medium.
So actually, they were originally too long and narrow. It must be the angle I take the pics from. My little camera seems to exaggerate perspective a lot...I will try a different angle next time!
yeah I think I went through the same thing I beleive you did (I beleive it was you) selling the 11.5 ebay then buying the 12's firends annd family. -- had the 11.5's they were too small. I think the sizing on the CJ/RL line is a little tricky
